Refunds & Returns Policy
Please note that all sales are final. Our clothing is 10–30 years old and pre-loved, so natural signs of wear are to be expected and embraced as part of each item’s unique character. Due to the high costs and environmental impact associated with returns, we’re unable to accept them as part of our sustainability commitment.
However, we do make exceptions in the following cases:
- Excessive damage: If significant damage was not shown or mentioned in the product description or photos.
- Incorrect sizing or measurements: If there was an error in the sizing or measurements provided.
- Unauthentic item: If we make an authentication mistake, we will issue a full refund.
- Shipping errors: If we made a mistake with the shipping information or sent the wrong item.
If any of the above applies, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to make it right.
